Meet your Crew

Pierre and Adele invite you to share our adventure in paradise.  Our mission is to provide you with a memorable vacation with sailing initiation in the Caribbean, and with familiarization with the operation of a 45-foot sailboat.  Together, we have over 40 years of experience in cruising and racing.  Our training includes Marine Emergency Duties, Advanced Marine First Aid with CPR, Navigation and Seamanship, Basic Safety commercial training (STCW) and more.

You do not require sailing experience to charter with us.  Our crewed charters are all-inclusive and provide the following benefits:

• All-inclusive package - including food and beverages,  international cuisine (French, Thai, Chinese, Caribbean, etc.), bed linens and towels, fuel, water and mooring costs; the following costs are excluded: telephone, customs and immigration fees, cruising permits, National Parks permit, dockage, third party-provided activities such as tours and diving.
• With Ulysses guide or instructor on-board, we waive the security deposit and you are not responsible for the insurance deductible
• Ulysses crew is familiar with Honiara I and has extensive experience in coastal and blue water sailing
• Ulysses crew is trained in first aid, seamanship. marine emergency duties and navigation
• We will provide knowledgeable guidance through the cruising area
• We are familiar with border-crossing procedures
• We are bilingual. (French and English)

We also offer "crew-only"  all-costs-extra charters.  Whatever package you wish, we will strive to make your charter a memorable experience.
