Rates, Terms and ConditionsThe following tables show our rates for all-inclusive crewed charters and all-cost-extra "crew-only" charters, effective May 1, 2007. All rates are in US dollars and include the crew. All rates are subject to change without notice. Gratuity of 15-20 percent is customary, but not included in the published rates. Please contact us for special arrangements.
This information contains extracts from our standard Charter Agreement. In case of conflict between this information and the actual Agreement, the latter shall take precedence. Terms and Conditions - All Inclusive Crewed Charters:
1. The Charter is confirmed upon receipt of the signed Charter Agreement and an initial deposit of 50 percent of the Charter Price, except for charters booked more than six months in advance, in which case the initial deposit is 25 percent for confirmation; a second deposit of 25 percent is due six months prior to the charter. Deposits shall be paid by certified cheques or by credit card through PayPal. The balance is due at boarding in cash, traveller's cheques or by credit card through PayPal. We provide a convenient e-mail link if you chose this payment method. Christmas and New Year charters: +10% surcharge. 2. Captain and a chef/first mate are included in the boat charter fee. In addition to navigation, the crew will provision the galley prior to the charter, prepare the meals and keep the boat clean. 3. The Charterer will be asked to complete a Guest Preference Form to help us plan the meals, beverages, itinerary and activities. 4. Meals, beverages, fuel, mooring buoy rental and all other expenses are included except as specified in section 5 below. 5. The Charterer is responsible for tourist taxes, cruising permits, customs and immigration charges, parks mooring permit, docking at marina, telecommunications costs and travel expenses. 6. A satellite phone is available at extra cost of $2.00/minute. 7. Charter starts at 12:00 P.M. and ends at 12:00 P.M. Pick-up and drop-off locations are as mutually agreed at booking time. 8. Honeymoon special: $4700 for a recently-wed couple. Please enquire. Terms and Conditions - Crew-Only Charters:

PayPal accepts MasterCard, VISA, Amex and Discover. We provide a convenient e-mail link if you chose this payment method. 2. A captain is included in the boat charter fee. An additional crew is usually included at our option. The crew is responsible for navigation and boat handling only. 3. The Charterer is responsible for provisioning prior and during the charter, for preparing the meals and for other domestic duties. 4. The Charterer is responsible for all charter expenses, including provisioning for the crew, fuel, water, tourist taxes, cruising permits, customs and immigration charges, parks mooring permit, mooring, docking at marina, telecommunications costs and travel expenses. 5. Tourist taxes, cruising permits, fuel, docking and other operating expenses are the responsibility of the Charterer. 6. A satellite phone is available at extra cost of $2.00/minute. 7. Charter starts at 12:00 P.M. and ends at 12:00 P.M. Pick-up and drop-off locations are as mutually agreed at booking time. 8. The boat is provided with full fuel and water tanks, and basic supplies. The Charterer is responsible to refill the tanks at the end of the Charter.
